When
will my order be shipped?
We process all orders upon receipt and ship whenever possible within
1-3 business days. All orders are subject to verification. In a backorder
situation we will notify you of the delays by phone, email or mail.
Your credit card is not charged if merchandise is not readily available for shipping.
Upon notice you will be able to decide if you are willing to wait, substitute an item,
stay on backorder, or cancel your order.
In-stock orders received before 10 AM ET on business days FREQUENTLY SHIP the same day.
Orders received after 10 AM ET and orders received on weekends and holidays will
SHIP WITHIN 1 – 3 BUSINESS DAYS.

We only charge sales tax if you are shipping
your order in NY State.

Do you ship to Military addresses such as
FPO or APO?
No, we cannot ship to an APO or FPO address.

Why has the price of
an item changed since I placed my order?
Web prices are subject to change frequently. Our advertised prices
directly relate to the manufacturers change for any given shipment.
We do not issue a credit in the case of a reduction in price, nor
do we rebill an account in the case of an increase.

placing an order online?
We apologize for any inconvenience that this situation may have
